Are you ready to meet this serious kid?
Sony is such a sweet little guy! We used to sa thyat Sony was like an old man in a little kid’s body. He has such a seriousness about him and he was known for his characteristic frowning face!

However, lately Sony has definitely been growing in his joy! It is heartwarming to see him so energetic and excited about life! His bright smile lights up his face and he loves to laugh!

Sony loves and looks up to his older brothers and he will often be seen playing with them! They love running around outside, playing sports, playing with toys/balloons/bubbles, coloring, etc.

Sony is really close to his older brother Djivensky and they always seem to be together! Sony definitely looks up to Djivensky and Djivensky looks out for Sony! The love between these two brothers is precious and Djivensky helps little Sony out, teaching him and making sure he is included.

Sony’s older sisters also look out for him a lot of the time. That love him and will make sure he is included in the games and fun going on.

Although Sony loves his older brothers and sisters, sometimes he just needs some time alone, you know? He is one of the quieter kids and he seems to enjoy spending some quiet times alone, sitting or thinking about things. Oftentimes I wondered what he is thinking about, but this kid is such a serious and deep soul.

Today I want to pray for this sweet serious boy! I pray that Sony will grow in his faith and deepen his relationship with Christ. I pray Sony will continue to grow in his joy and let God fill his heart with this joy that can withstand all circumstances. I pray that Sony will also grow in his love for his brothers and sisters, I pray he sees how he has been brought into this family. And I pray he realizes how God has brought him into the family too, that through Christ we are adopted as sons and daughters, children of God. I pray he will just grab a hold of these truths as a part of his identity.
Galatians 4:4-7 "But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God."
